CPAPmart Return Policy
CPAPmart accepts returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and a 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Products that have been opened, deemed opened, or deemed used are final sale.
CPAP products are considered medical equipment and as such, all machines, including CPAP, APAP, BiPAP, Humidifiers and Batteries cannot be returned once the package has been opened, whether the unit shows hours of usage or not.
To initiate a return email us at [email protected]. Instructions will be provided on how to proceed once it’s determined if the item qualifies for a return. Refunds are issued once the returned product is received and inspected.
CPAPmart Exchange Policy
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the original ship date if the item is unopened. Return shipping fees for an exchange is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees associated with reshipping the exchanged items are also be the responsibility of the customer. Products that have been opened or used are final sale. A machine is considered used if the package is open, whether the unit shows hours of usage or not.
PAP Machine Warranty Policy
Most manufacturers offer up to 3-years warranty on their machines (CPAP, BiPAP and APAP) and a 1-year warranty on humidifiers. Should you find that the product you received has a manufacturer defect, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] as soon as possible. Decisions for repair or replacement under the manufacturer warranty period are made solely by the manufacturer. Any misuse of the equipment may void the warranty. CPAPmart is responsible for shipping fees associated with warranty replacements.
