Purchasing a CPAP/APAP/BiPAP machine requires a valid prescription from a medical doctor. Machine orders without a valid prescription will not be fulfilled. Prescriptions can emailed to info@cpapmart.ca or submitted by fax: 1-877-255-8781. Please be sure to include your Order Reference Number as well. If a Prescription is not received within 48 hours of an order being placed the order will be canceled.
Most manufacturers offer up to 3-years warranty on their machines (CPAP, BiPAP and APAP) and a 1-year warranty on humidifiers. Should you find that the product you received has a manufacturer defect, please contact our Customer Service team at info@cpapmart.ca as soon as possible. Decisions for repair or replacement under the manufacturer warranty period are made solely by the manufacturer. Any misuse of the equipment may void the warranty.

Studies show CPAP masks and accessories are breeding grounds for bacteria. Along with regular daily cleaning, manufacturers recommend replacing your mask, tubing and water chamber every 3-6 months
Ontario's Assistive Device Program (ADP) funds up to 75% of new PAP therapy equipment for eligible residents. To qualify for ADP funding, customers must do a formal sleep study, consult with a sleep physician, obtain a PAP prescription and purchase from a physical CPAP store with an authorized ADP number. Online purchases will not qualify for ADP funding.
You will receive a confirmation email once an order has been successfully placed. This confirmation confirms your order has been completed and received (don't forget to check your junk mail).
To cancel an order please email us at info@cpapmart.ca with your order number. If your order has not been processed or fulfilled we can cancel the order for you.
CPAPmart offers free Canada-wide shipping for all orders over $99 via Canada Post. For orders under $100, a $15 shipping cost will be added to your cart at checkout.
No, we do not ship outside of Canada.
All orders require 2-5 business days to process prior to shipping however from time to time, due to stock availability and issues beyond our control, orders may take longer to ship. You will be notified if this is the case.
Make sure to review your order confirmation email carefully. If there is an error in the information please email info@cpapmart.ca with your order number as soon as possible for assistance. We can update the shipping information if the order has not yet been fulfilled. If an order has already been fulfilled, no changes can be made.
No, CPAPmart does not allow orders to be picked up. All orders are delivered by Canada Post.
